"при условии ипотеки"* (условие соглашения о продаже или передаче прав на заложенную недвижимость, в соответствии с которым покупатель недвижимости соглашается осуществлять платежи в счет процентов и основной суммы ипотечного кредита, но не несет личной имущественной ответственности; продавец заложенного имущества не освобождается от обязательств по погашению кредита; в случае неплатежа покупателя, кредитор может обратиться за погашением долга к продавцу либо арестовать и продать заложенное имущество; при этом, если поступления от продажи заложенного имущества окажутся недостаточными для покрытия всего непогашенного остатка задолженности, покупатель не будет нести никаких обязательств по выплате разницы)See:

"при условии ипотеки": передача недвижимости из рук в руки с обязательством покупателя взять на себя ответственность за погашение ипотечного кредита, но без личной имущественной ответственности; если покупатель не выполнит обязательство, то кредитор будет пытаться взыскать долг с первоначального заемщика путем ареста собственности и др. методов; титул собственности при такой продаже не переходит покупателю; см. assumption. -
